2014-2016 Chevy C7 Corvette Stingray owners can stop searching for cold air intakes as the K&N performance air intake system for seventh generation Chevy Corvette 6.2L models is here

The 2014-2015 Chevrolet Corvette incorporates cutting edge technology in the 6.2-Liter LT1 V8

The 2014-2016 Chevrolet Corvette incorporates cutting edge technology in the all-new 6.2-Liter LT1 V8 boasting 460 horsepower, 0 to 60 MPH in 3.8 seconds, and an EPA estimated 29 highway MPG

Chevrolet introduced the Corvette in 1953 and turned the American automobile market upside down. Few people could have guessed how much the Corvette would impact cars and drivers for generations to come. Now in its seventh generation of production, also referred to as C7, the Chevrolet Corvette incorporates cutting edge technology such as the all-new 6.2-Liter LT1 V8 engine. Chevrolet boasts 460 horsepower, a zero to sixty mph time of just 3.8 seconds, all while averaging an EPA estimated 29 highway miles per gallon.

While the 6.2L LT1 engine found in 2014-2016 Chevy Corvette Stingray models is certainly no slouch in stock trim, many owners are searching for a cold air intake to increase power. If you’re that owner, look no further than the K&N performance air intake system for 2014-2016 Chevy Corvette 6.2L models. The K&N air intake 63-3081 is expert-engineered and guaranteed to increase horsepower and torque. It replaces the restrictive factory air filter box system and accordion hose with a free-flowing, high-density polyethylene air intake tube to help minimize restriction, straighten, and increase airflow to the engine. More air, and less restriction, means more usable power throughout the engine’s RPM range.

When installed on a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette 6.2L K&N air intake improved power

When installed on a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette 6.2L, K&N air intake number 63-3081 improved power across the entire RPM range with an estimated gain of over 12 HP and 16 lb-ft torque

A custom made carbon fiber top and bottom K&N air filter RP-5285 is fitted to the inlet of the K&N 2014-2015 Chevy Corvette Performance Air Intake System to provide excellent airflow rates as well as outstanding filtration efficiency. The filter is washable and reusable and can go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings, depending on driving conditions. Additionally, the 2014-2016 Chevy Corvette 6.2-liter K&N air intake system incorporates a heat shield which helps to direct relatively cold air entering through the factory inlet into the K&N carbon fiber top and bottom performance air filter.

The K&N performance air intake system for 2014-2016 Chevy C7 Corvette Stingray 6.2L models produces notable horsepower and torque increases worthy of the all-new 6.2L LT1 V8 engine. On the dyno, when installed on a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette 6.2L, the K&N 63-3081 Performance Air Intake System produced an estimated 12.51 more horsepower at 4,998 rpm and 16.63 pound-feet of torque at 4,004 rpm. That’s a noticeable increase in power that can be taken advantage of when passing, merging onto a highway, or navigating the infamous corkscrew at Laguna Seca during a track day.
