THORNTON HUNDRED X K&N PRIZE GIVEAWAY

Effective Date: 1st December 2025

These Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Thornton Hundred x K&N Custom Motorcycle Prize Draw (“Prize Giveaway”) conducted by Thornton Hundred Ltd. (“Thornton Hundred”) and SRM (Europe) B.V. (“K&N”) (together, “we,” “us,” “our,”). By making an eligible purchase and electing to enter the Prize Giveaway, you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the K&N Terms of Use and any other policies or terms referenced herein

• Eligibility. In order to enter the Prize Giveaway, you must:
• Be a permanent residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”), European Union (“EU”), Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland;
• Be 18 years or older at the time of entry
• Not be an employee, or such employee's family member or agent, of Thornton Hundred or K&N and their affiliates, or otherwise professionally connected to the operation of the Prize Giveaway;
• Make an Eligible Purchase or use a Free Entry during the promotional period; and
• Agree to these Terms.

• Eligible Purchase; Free Entry.
• Purchase Entry: Every order over £25 or €30, as applicable, excluding shipping costs, purchased from www.knfilters.co.uk or www.knfilters.eu during the Promotional Period will automatically grant one (1) entry into the Prize Giveaway. One (1) order will equal one (1) entry. Multiple orders are allowed, and will entitle the purchaser to multiple entries
• Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, please send a postcard with your full name, return address, email address, and phone number to:
• Thornton Hundred x K&N Prize Draw 43 Lodge Farm Business Centre, Castlethorpe, Milton Keynes, MK19 7ES, England.
• Only one (1) free entry per person is permitted. All free entries must be received by Thornton Hundred by the end of the Promotional Period.

• Promotional Period. The Prize Giveaway opens on November 5, 2025 at 00:01 GMT and ends on November 7, 2026 at 23:59 GMT. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
• Prize. One (1) winner will receive a custom-built Thornton Hundred x K&N motorcycle, valued at approximately £30,000. The specific model and modifications are at the discretion of Thornton Hundred and K&N.
• Winner Selection. The winner will be chosen by Thornton Hundred at random from all valid entries (purchase and free) within seven (7) days of the Promotional Period end date. The draw will be conducted under independent supervision and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Winner Notification. The winner will be contacted by Thornton Hundred via email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of initial notification by Thornton Hundred, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
• Exclusions.
• Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are invalid.
• If eligible purchase orders are returned for a full refund during the promotional period, the accompanying entry will be invalid and removed from the Prize Drawing.
• Publicity. By entering into the Prize Giveaway and agreeing to these Terms, should you be selected as a winner, you grant Thornton Hundred and K&N the right to use your name, image, and likeness in any publications, publicity, or other materials for promotional purposes, including via social media, website, and email marketing.
• Cash Prize Alternative; Substitutions. Where required by applicable law, Prize winners may elect to receive a cash prize alternative in the amount of £25,000 instead, which will be funded from the proceeds of the sale of the Prize. Thornton Hundred and K&N reserve the right to substitute the Prize for another of equal or greater value without further notice at our sole discretion.
• Privacy. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the K&N Privacy Policy and Thornton Hundred Privacy Policy, including for each party’s marketing purposes where you have consented to such use. By entering into the Prize Drawing via eligible purchases on the K&N sites, you acknowledge and agree that K&N may disclose your name and contact information, including your phone number and email address, to Thornton Hundred for purposes of conducting the Prize Drawing, selecting, and notifying a winner
• No Warranties; Limitation of Liability.
• Disclaimer of Warranties. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• Limitation of Liability. BY ENTERING THE PRIZE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) INCOMPLETE, LOST, LATE, STOLEN, OR MISDIRECTED ENTRIES; (II) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE GIVEAWAY; AND (III) ANY OTHER CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PRIZE GIVEAWAY OR ITS PROMOTION. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY OR HARM TO YOU OR ANY PARTICIPANT OR FOR ANY OTHER HARMS OR ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE.
• Release; Indemnification. By participating in the Prize Giveaway, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Thornton Hundred, K&N, and their respective affiliates and agents ("Released Parties") from any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Prize Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors related to or in connection with the Prize Giveaway. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and void his/her entry and/or prevent him/her from future participation) who tampers with the entry process and/or who is acting in violation of these Terms, to modify or suspend the Prize Giveaway, or to terminate the Prize Giveaway and at Sponsor’s discretion conduct the drawing to award the Prize using all eligible non-suspect transactions and entries received as of the termination date. As a condition of entering the Prize Giveaway, you agree that: a) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will you be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. We reserve the right to modify Prize award procedures at our discretion. Our failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

• Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
• Governing Law. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms, shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to their conflict of laws principles.
• Dispute Resolution. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the courts of England, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. Any such dispute must be brought within one (1) year after the dispute arises, or the legal claim or cause of action arising from the dispute is barred.
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Prize Giveaway and any related promotions at our sole discretion. We may change or modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms at K&N’s official website or at another appropriate location.
