K&N Engineering's cold air intake design has lower restriction than the factory air box system resulting in a guaranteed power gain while providing excellent air filtration. K&N intakes provide a lifetime of use thanks to the washable and reusable cotton gauze filter element. K&N air intakes are also easy to install, usually in 90 minutes or less.
K&N's 57-2583 is designed designed to fit 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 Ford F150 3.5L Ecoboost models. This air intake system when dyno tested on a 2011 F150 3.5L had an estimated horsepower gain of 11 horsepower at 4318 RPM and 17 feet pounds of torque at 3450 RPM. This air intake system has a black plastic air intake tube with a setup that attaches to both turbocharger inlets. This air intake is easy to install and guaranteed to increase your Ford F150's horsepower.
For the 2012, 2013 and 2014 Ford F150 3.7L models, K&N offers the 77-2585KS air intake system. This air intake includes a silver finished aluminum air intake tube, a black powder coated heat shield and a large conical air filter. When dyno tested this air intake added an estimated 11.9 horsepower at 5536 rpm.
K&N's 57-2584 and 77-2584KP air intake systems are designed for 2011 to 2012 Ford F-150 6.2L models. The 57-2584 was designed with a black plastic air intake tube and an estimated gain of 27 horsepower at 5347 rpm. The 77-2584KP has an aluminum air intake tube and an estimated gain of 18.7 horsepower at 5267 RPM. Both air intake systems include a vehicle specific heat shield and oversized conical air filter.
2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 Ford F150 Raptor with the 6.2L engine gain an estimated 20.04 horsepower at 4830 rpm with K&N air intake 77-2579KTK.

K&N's 77-2581KP and 57-2581 air intakes were designed for 2011 to 2014 Ford F-150 models with the 5.0 liter engine. The 77-2581KP was designed with an aluminum induction tube that gains an estimated 9.95 horsepower at 5508 rpm when combined with K&N's high-flow conical air filter. K&N 57-2581 was designed with a non-metalic tube and gains an estimated 12.5 horsepower at 3504 rpm.
K&N Engineering designed a polished aluminum high-flow air intake system, 77-2556KP, offering an estimated 9.53 more HP @ 3725 RPM to the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Ford F-150 5.4L engine. The 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Ford F-150 5.4L engine can also use the
non-metallic 57-2556
air intake which gains 15.47 HP @ 3829 RPM.
If you are looking for an intake that has more of a darker feel to it for your 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 or 2008 Ford F150 4.6L and 5.4L pickup truck then K&N offers the 71-2556 Blackhawk Induction™ air intake system. This Blakhawk Induction™ intake features a black powder coated metal intake tube with a welded K&N engraved plate and a black reusable K&N air filter made with Dryflow synthetic media. When dyno tested this air intake added an estimated 11.5 horsepower at 3800 RPM. You just can't go wrong with great looks and great performance all in one package.
The 57-2549 gains an estimated 15.65 HP @ 5162 RPM for the 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 Ford F-150 5.4L Lightning models. 2002 and 2003 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson models that use the 5.4L engine may also use this performance intake system. The 57-2549 uses a black
non-metallic intake tube to smooth and straighten air flow.
Owners of a 2004 and 2005 Ford 150 4.6L can choose from 57-2557 or 77-2557KP. The 57-2557 has a horsepower gain of 7.84 HP @ 4828 RPM, where as the 77-2557KP gains 9.31 HP @ 4724 RPM
The 1997 to 2004 Ford F-150 4.6L and 5.4L engine, 2000 and 2001 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson model with the 5.4L engine and 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage model with the 5.4L engine gain an estimated 13.12 HP @ 4562 RPM when they use K&N's 57-2541, with a black
non-metallic intake tube. 57-2584
The 4.6L engine for the 2006 F150 has an estimated gain of 8.48 HP @ 4775 RPM with the 57-2569.

It was designed for the 1997 to 2003 Ford F-150 4.6L engine (Including 2004 4.6L Heritage model), 2000 to 2004 Ford F-150 5.4L engine and 2000 and 2001 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson models with the 5.4L enigne. K&N's testing shows a 9.38 horsepower gain @ 4093 RPM.
The 2009 and 2010 4.6L Ford F150 may also choose the K&N 77-2580KP for hp gains of about 15.07 at 4650 rpm or K&N's 57-2580 air intake system for an estimated gain of 16.4 horsepower at 4650.
1997 to 2004 Ford F-150 owners with a 4.2L engine may choose from two K&N cold air intakes available. The 57-2550, gaining 7.57 HP @ 4891 RPM with its black
non-metallic tube, and the 77-2550KP, gaining an estimated 6.15 HP @ 4567 RPM, with a polished aluminum tube are available. 2004 Ford F-150 owners with the 4.2L Heritage models also use K&N 77-2550KP performance intake system.
2009 to 2010 Ford F-150 owners with the 5.4L engine can now install the 57-2575 Aircharger kit for estimated gains of 12.47HP @ 4600RPM. 2007 and 2008 Ford F-150 4.6L drivers can also install the 57-2574 intake system, to experience an estimated 9.88HP @ 4200RPM.
2001 to 2004 Ford F-150 Lightning and Harley Davidson models with a 5.8L V8 engine can get the 57-2549 cold air intake system that delivers an estimated 15.6HP @ 5162 RPM of street-legal power. 1997 to 2004 Ford F-150 models with a 4.2L V6 engine can get the 57-2550 or 77-2550KP air intake system that boosts street-legal power an estimated 7.58 HP @ 4891 RPM.
2004 to 2008 Ford F-150 models with the 5.4L V8 engine can get the K&N 57-2556 or 71-2556 air intake that gives an estimated 15.46 HP @ 3829 RPM of street-legal power. 2004 and 2005 Ford F-150 owners that have a 4.6L V8 engine can get a 57-2557 or 77-2557KP air intake system that boosts street-legal power an estimated 7.84 HP @ 4828 RPM, while 2006 F-150 owners can opt for the 57-2569 or 77-2569KP with an estimated 8.48 HP @ 4775 RPM.
2005 to 2008 Ford F-150 models with a 4.2L V6 engine will fit the K&N 57-2572 air intake. 2007 and 2008 Ford F-150 models with a 4.6L V8 engine have the K&N 57-2574 air intake to give a street-legal increase of estimated 9.88 HP @ 4200 RPM. 2009 and 2010 Ford F-150 and F-150 Raptor models with the 5.4L V8 have the 57-2575 air intake system to give an estimated 11.04 HP @ 4600 RPM increase.
The 2010 through 2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor with the 6.2L V8 engine has the textured black aluminum tube 77-2579KTK air intake system that delivers an estimated 20.04 HP @ 4830 RPM more power. 2009 and 2010 Ford F-150 owners with a 4.6L V8 engine have their choice of the 57-2580 air intake which gains an estimated 16.1 horsepower at 4650 RPM or 77-2580KP air intake system that can boost performance by an estimated 15.07 HP @ 4650 RPM.
2011 to 2014 Ford F-150 owners with a 5.0L V8 engine can get the 57-2581 air intake system which will give them an estimated increase of 12.05 HP @ 5304 RPM while those with the 3.5L V6 engine can get the 57-2583 air intake system to get an estimated increase of 11.05 HP @ 4318 RPM.
2011 Ford F-150 including Platinum edition and 2012 Ford F-150 models have the K&N 57-2584 air intake system available to increase performance by an estimated 27.18 HP @ 5347 RPM while the 71-2584 BlackHawk Induction™ System estimates a 20.41 HP @ 5347 RPM power gain and the 77-2584KP will deliver an estimate 18.74 HP @ 5267 RPM boost.
Good news for owners of the 2015 and 2016 Ford F-150 with the 5.0L V8. This F-150 has two excellent options for improving horsepower: the BlackHawk Induction System 71-2591 will improve an estimated 11.39 HP @ 4553 RPM and the chrome-like finished tube 77-2591KP outputs an estimated 13.86 HP @ 4553 RPM.
If your 2015 or 2016 F-150 has a 2.7L Ecoboost engine, K&N offers the 63-2593 that has an estimated increase of 19.3 horsepower @ 4500 RPM. This one comes in the black plastic air tube. For 3.5L Ecoboost owners, in the black plastic tube, the 63-2592 offers an estimated 23 horsepower @ 3505 RPM. If you own a non-turbo 3.5L F-150, the kit for you is 63-2596, which produces an estimated 12.27 HP @ 5686 RPM.
