RIVERSIDE, CA - For all you die-hard Durango fans, look no further for performance filtration. K&N Engineering's new 57-Series FIPK (Fuel Injection Performance Kits) for the 5.7L Hemi (pictured) and the 4.7L V-8 offer guaranteed horsepower in an easy-to-install kit. Both kits incorporate a cone-shaped original K&N High-Flow Air Filter which is backed by the famous K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty^® and can be cleaned and re-oiled with a K&N Recharger^® Kit (sold separately).

On K&N's in-house Dynojet dynamometer, the FIPK^®, Part# 63-1094, equipped Hemi produced a maximum horsepower output of 273.15 at the rear wheels, an impressive 17.54 HP increase over stock. The 4.7 pulled 174.55 in stock form, jumping to 191.30 HP after the FIPK^® installation. The K&N system maximizes airflow while protecting your engine from harmful particulates as small as .05". The heart of the FIPK^® Intake Kit is its original K&N High-Flow Air Filter, comprised of four layers of woven cotton-gauze fabric, which are sandwiched between aluminum mesh screen, then treated with a specially-formulated filter oil to capture dirt and debris as it smoothes air flowing through the filter.

Connecting the filter to the engine is an aerodynamically engineered, roto-molded polyethylene intake tube designed to smooth airflow and drive massive amounts of air into the engine. As with other FIPK^® applications, the Durango kits come complete with all the necessary hardware and installs easily with no drilling required. This system is street legal in most states.

In addition to this new FIPK^®, K&N also offers two OE-upgrade filters for the new Durango: a washable/reusable replacement air filter (PN 33-2288) and a Performance Gold Oil Filter (PN HP-2004).

Just when the Lightning appears to claim the crown, Dodge unveils the 500-HP Ram SRT-10, powered by the Viper-inspired 8.3L V-10. K&N Engineering has been on the fast-truck bandwagon for years and proudly introduces a new 57-Series Fuel Injection Performance Kit (FIPK^®) for the SRT-10, Part No. 57-1541. The 57-Series FIPK^® system makes more power by replacing the restrictive factory airbox and intake tract. More air into the engine equates to added power.

RIVERSIDE, CA, -- The 2003 and 2004 Ford Mach 1 Mustang are two of the coolest retro-rods to come from Dearborn in recent years. In box-stock form, its 4.6L DOHC V-8 spun the K&N DynoJet Dyno to a peak of 269 horsepower. With the easy-to-install K&N 57 Series Fuel Injection Performance Kit (FIPK^®) (Part # 57-2555) Mach 1 owners can boost peak output by almost 12 horsepower at the rear wheels! Mustangs fitted with aftermarket exhausts experienced even greater improvements.

K&N used their more than 35 years of experience to develop the Ford Mach 1 FIPK^® Intake Kit from scratch. In designing the Mach 1 Kit K&N Engineers took advantage of the vehicle's unique shaker hood scoop. By coupling a heat shield to the factory hood scoop, K&N was able to ensure the coolest possible charge of air enters into the intake. Inside, this FIPK's^® art and science is in its radius adapter that mates the filter to the roto-molded intake tube, which improves airflow into the factory throttle body.

Installation is relatively straightforward. Major steps include removing the stock intake tube and airbox, then adding the K&N heat shield, radius adapter and intake tube and clamping the famous K&N High-Flow Air Filter. As with all K&N Intake Kits, the FIPK^® is designed to bolt in easily and works will all factory sensors and emissions equipment.
